Processing time

Unless you have requested a "customized order" the products listed are available within one business day for shipping.

Estimated delivery times 

Canada: 3-6 business days (depending on your location). Regular mail. Note: No tracking.

North America: 3-8 business days (depending on your location). Fully trackable.

Europe: 4-21 business days (depending on your country’s location). Fully trackable.

Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 4-21 business days (depending on your location). Fully trackable.

The estimated delivery times cannot be guaranteed. It is beyond my control when shipping companies become overloaded during a busy time of the year or are unable to reach a destination due to local delivery issues. However, if that happens, I will let you know as soon as possible and when you may expect it.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
